Kevin Crewell Singing For His Sister

Sing For My Sister

May 10, 2010
Christ & Saint Stephen's Church
120 West 69th St (b/w Broadway and Columbus)
New York, NY 10023

Broadway performer Kevin Crewell will host and television and Broadway stars: Donna McKechnie, Mary Beth Peil, Diana DeGarmo, Will Chase, Paige Davis, Aaron Lazar, Felicia Finley, Christiane Noll, Robert Petkoff, (Jersey Boys Chicago Company) along with others will perform in the upcoming benefit concert, Sing For My Sister

Kevin’s sister, Carly, has decided to open her home and her life by adopting Eyob, a 14 year old boy from Africa. All proceeds will go to offset the expenses in bringing Eyob to America. Carly first met Eyob while volunteering at an orphanage in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia where he is about to age out of the orphanage. This would mean that Eyob would be put back out onto the streets. With her heart and soul, Carly, a Waldorf Kindergarten School teacher, has decided to adopt Eyob. Join Carly, Kevin, and a host of brilliant performers in celebrating this life affirming act of love.

Kevin stood up to be counted for World AIDS Day on December 1, 2008 as part of the ensemble that gave us Bacharach to the Future. Mr. Crewell and his sister are still there standing up to be counted in a very human way.
